Laura brings her yoga therapy training into these flowing yoga classes, where you will always be invited to practice in your own, unique way. Through dynamically working with breath and movement, you will be encouraged to become mindful, curious and introspective.  With a strong focus on alignment, this class will encourage you to develop strength and flexibility, as well as a greater sense (and most importantly acceptance) of your own body. 

Although the focus will change each week, Laura will always lead you through a variation of flowing sequences, which will offer some elements of seated, standing and balancing poses as well as backbends and inversions.  Also incorporating breath and meditation work and eventually leading to deep relaxation, these classes will encourage you to learn how to stop as well as how to flow.  It is recommended that you have some yoga experience before attending this class.
