These classes are suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yoga practitioners, with plenty of options for all. Each week I will focus on a different aspect of the practice, from the bio-mechanics of back bending or hip openers to subtler aspects of the practice like breath or clearing the mind. This way students learn to practice intelligently and pain free, whilst enjoying a dynamic, playful class. Through this practice, students cleanse their bodies of toxins, support their nervous and immune systems and steady the mind as well as building strength and flexibility.

Suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes you can manoeuvre in.
