Vinyasa Flow combines fluid movement and breath to create an energising sequence of creative sun salutations, standing, balancing and seated postures. We will also explore arm balances and inversions, always with mindfulness and a playful approach. Open to all levels, this practice will build flexibility and strength, and deepen our connection to mind, body and breath.

This class welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It is a great way to energise the body and work up a slight sweat. Wear comfortable clothing you can manoeuvre in easily. Please inform the teacher of any injuries or concerns.
