Suitable for beginners and also more experienced practitioners who prefer to move gently this flow class encourages you to connecting breath and movement to find your flow.  You will learn to find correct alignment to build a steady foundation as well as promoting deep relaxation. The class includes meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) asana (postures) and savasana (deep relaxation).

Suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes you can manoeuvre in.
