The Food

Co-owners, Gary McGirr and Marie-Anne Marten design an a la carte menu
each week based on seasonal, local produce, weaving the ingredients' flavours
into a larger story that they tell over three courses.
The food is a balance of fresh and nutritious
with indulgence, elegance, and a little bit out of the ordinary.
