COMMUNITY YOGA WITH JOHN
FRIDAYS 18:00 - 19:15
Our community class is open to all and is an opportunity to take time for yourself, to meet new folk and to enjoy yoga together. We offer a 90 minute Hatha class which includes yoga poses, breathwork and meditation and also some social time afterwards where we share food, discuss topics and sometimes watch inspirational films.
Suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes you can manoeuvre in.
