BEGINNER'S YOGA WITH KAT

This class is a gentle and steady paced class suitable for absolute beginners, or anybody who wants to slow down, relax, and learn all about yoga!
We will focus on simple movement to encourage more body awareness and physical mobility, as well as look at the other fundamental aspects of yoga such as breath, meditation and philosophy. This class offers an inclusive, laid back and fun atmosphere that is perfect for complete newcomers to the practice, and will give students the tools to create and sustain a space for relaxation and serenity.
